+ WORKSHOP FORMAT

Following an introduction, participants will film their tape with Andy Brierley under audition conditions (with the whole group present). We have superb equipment for the best learning experience. Andy will give each participant notes allowing them the chance to do a second take. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

Andy Brierley will send out a selection of scenes before the workshop. Please choose a scene that suits you best regardless of gender, age and ethnicity. Andy would like participants to be as familiar with text as possible.

ANDY'S BIO

Andy set up Andy Brierley Casting in 2010 and The Casting Office Ltd (a joint venture with Victor Jenkins CDG) in 2017. Credits include projects for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Netflix, Paramount+, NBC/Peacock, HBO Max, Warner Bros, Starz & Paramount Pictures.

Current and forthcoming projects include Silent Witness (BBC), Starstruck (BBC/HBO), The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim (Warner Bros), The Serial Killer’s Wife (Paramount+), This Time Next Year (BlackBox/Protagonist), The Chemistry of Death (Paramount+) & Platform 7 (ITV/ITVx).
