SESSION 1 - Self-tape Feedback 06/03/2024:
Having looked at your online CV, Laura will send out a selection of scenes for you to choose one from regardless of age, gender or ethnicity. You will then be asked to submit a self-tape of this scene before the workshop.
There will then be a live Zoom session where each self-tape will be shown to the whole class. Laura will give specific feedback & direction to each participant.
SESSION 2 - Taking Direction 07/03/2024:
Prior to the second session, with Laura’s feedback and direction - you will tape your scene again. There will be time at the end of the final session for a Q&A.

LAURA'S BIO
Laura is a UK and Southern European based Casting Director 20 years’ experience, working across all media. She worked mainly in film and television before moving into theatre. She was the resident associate and then Casting Director at National Theatre of Scotland from 2012 - 2022, as well as casting many independent theatre and film projects in the UK and internationally. She is currently based between Dubrovnik, Croatia and the UK. Laura is represented by Jess Alford at United Agents.
